I offer 1-1 and distant Shamanic Sound Healing.
I offer Sound healing with the voice, Sacred drum healing, Sou Save nd healing with instruments.
I charge £40 for a session.
During our lives our energy systems can become affected by many things in our environment that can knock us off balance. We can also create (through negative thinking, worrying or painful, stuck emotions) or pick up from other people or places energies that are disharmonious for us and that long term can be harmful to our health. These can be removed using sound vibrations and our bodies than then heal themselves.
I may do a sound Healing with the voice, or I may do a sacred drum healing, using drum, rattle, feather and bell. Perhaps some of each. I am guided by my helping spirits, sometimes by my ancestors, sometimes even by yours.
I may use singing bowls, tuning forks or a wah wah bar – it depends on what issues you present with, what you feel drawn to and how I am guided. You may have a strong preference for bowls, or you may specifically want a drum healing.

I can remove intrusions, do a soul retrieval or help you connect with your helping spirits or power animals.
Intrusions
These are forms of energy that either do not belong in your energy system (for example you may have picked up something when you’ve been out and about), you may have created yourself (such as a negative thought form, from an old habit of worrying), or it may be energy that needs integrating and this out of place energy is impairing your wellbeing. Sometimes these relate to past lives and can be sensed as an arrow, hook or spear through the body. They may be disassociated emotions from an old trauma, or negative thought forms created by you or someone in your life. Once these energies are dealt with your wellbeing should improve.
Soul retrieval.
Traumas such as death of a loved one, abuse, accidents, even divorce can cause a part of our soul to break off and go to a safe place. This may happen several times in our life, leading to various issues such as illness, fatigue, depression. A soul retrieval brings back that lost soul part and integrates it back into your soul, renewing and restoring your energy and wellbeing.
Helping spirits and Power animals.
It may be that you would like to empower yourself and deepen your spiritual practice through learning to work with your helping spirits, power animals or guides. I can work with you to help you connect with these helping spirits.
