Welcome!
My name is Hara Willow and I am a Shamanic Sound Healer. I come from a family of musicians and artists and have always found a sense of deep peace, spiritual connection and love through the shared experience of the human voice and music. I live and work on a smallholding in Wales with my husband, where since 1991 I have been exploring healing through love, compassion, yoga, Authentic Power Practice, Shamanic Practice, and using colour and sound.
Out of all the therapeutic interventions I have experienced, both as a healer and as a client, I have found Sound Healing to be the most beautiful, powerful and nurturing.
As well as giving and teaching sound healing, I also run workshops, courses, retreats and community events. The deepest intention behind all my work is that of creating spiritual connection, peace and healing in community, for the highest good of all beings.
I see all beings in all realms as my family. From rocks and trees, to birds, animals and humans as well as those who dwell in non ordinary reality – I understand us all to be related and connected. The heart of my work is HARMONY – within us, between us and with Spirit.
After starting out training as a person centred counsellor at the age of 23, I went on to devote my life to studying and training in various chakra centred healing methods, with wonderful teachers in excellent institutions.
These include graduating from the College of Healing in 1994; spending four years training in Authentic Power Practice with Gary Zukav in America; and teacher training in Transformational yoga in India; Sound Healing with the Voice Practitioner Training, and later Tutor Training at the College of Sound Healing (CoSH); as well as achieving a master’s degree in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal psychology, where my research focussed on working with mindful sound in schools to enhance student wellbeing.

After studying and working with the Medicine Wheel for many years, and exploring Shamanic Practice with a Toltec Mexican Shaman and a Canadian Shamanic Practitioner, in 2019 I attended the wonderful Sacred Drumming Practitioner Training with Mike Barron, from CoSH. This extra dimension in sound healing, and the magical way the drum connects us to spirit, allows a fuller and deeper way of bringing balance and harmony to all levels the human experience
